The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Mohammad Al Saud, Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Cricket Federation (SACF), and Mohsin Naqvi, Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), during Naqvi’s official visit to Riyadh.
The proposed stadium will be built in Jeddah and is expected to meet international cricket standards, enabling Saudi Arabia to host global cricket tournaments and international matches in the future.
